《月河》（Moon River），1961年由強尼莫瑟（Johnny Mercer）作詞，亨利曼西尼（Henry Mancini）作曲的歌曲。
該曲出自奧黛麗·赫本（Audrey Hepburn）主演的電影《第凡內早餐》（Breakfast at Tiffany's），並榮獲奧斯卡最佳歌曲奬與最佳配樂奬，皆由亨利曼西尼領取。該曲之成功意味著曼西尼作曲生涯的再出發。

曲作者Morgan Lewis一生寫過很多作品，但成為經典名曲的只有這首曲子。

1939年秋天，他嘗試用進行的變化和弦來寫此曲。並由其經常合作搭檔Nancy Hamilton所填詞，在1940年上檔的百老匯音樂劇《Tow For The Show》中的一首插曲，首唱的是Frances Comstock與Alfred Drake兩位劇中演員，當時劇情進行至此曲演唱出現時，並伴有Eunice Healey、Tommy Wonder、Nadine Gae與William Archibald等四位舞者於臺上出現跳著。其歌詞大意：「愛的人如果不在身邊，月亮也不會出來，如果我愛人妳來到我身邊，黑夜也會變成光明......。」

此取出自一齣百老匯音樂劇《The Great Mogoo》裡的一首曲子。是由E.Y.Harburg與Billy Rose作詞，Harold Arlen作曲，原來的曲名為〈If You Believe in Me〉後來在33年的電影《Take A Chance》中由劇中演員June Knight與Charles「Buddy」Rodgers合唱此曲，在這個戲劇銀幕中這首歌就改名為〈It's Only a Paper Moon〉，而最早灌錄唱片的是33年10月由「爵士之王」Paul Whiteman指揮的大樂團。

這首歌基本上只是一首由Tommy Dorsey領導的大樂團所演奏而走紅的流行曲，當時在樂團中擔任主唱歌者的是年僅24歲的Frank Sinatra。這首是略帶著微笑似戀情般的情歌，一首很純潔，又帶著一絲絲浪漫的情曲。基本架構是一首很甜美的Swing搖擺樂風曲子。
